At Banh Mi So#1 - Saigon Gourmet, we use only the freshest ingredients in preparing your food in order to achieve the highest quality in taste. We are sensitive to patrons with food allergies, and will do our best to accommodate such requests.

In 1994, the Truong family opened its doors for the first time on S. Grand Blvd as a Vietnamese Specialty Sandwich shop, appropriately named BANH MI SO #1 which is translated to mean "# 1 Sandwich".
