We opened in 1983 from the ground up, and everyone knows us as the restaurant with the green roof on red stilts. We strive to provide our guests with the best quality and value of food, service, and traditional décor. We pride ourselves as a local family-run establishment that welcomes visits from groups with multiple generations.

Everything about the architecture and décor of Ding How was put in place by a Chinese architect for the purpose of good luck, good fortune, and good wealth. The little details that surround, will give you a glimpse into traditional Chinese architecture. In Chinese tradition, we chose the color red because of its meaning. Red symbolizes good luck. Our green roof top was also chosen because it symbolizes wealth and health.
