The Trader has over four generations of incredible, authentic, top secret barbeque recipes and lots of experienced to draw from. He chooses the choicest beef and pork back ribs. He hand picks the highest quality of fresh produce, poultry, seafood and meat. Everything on his menu is prepared fresh daily with the greatest of care, never straying from those original, treasured recipes. We do not use anything out of a can or packaged like most restaurants. New china restaurant was first established 1996. It was our very first time in presenting a fine unique set of Chinese & Vietnamese Cuisine. After much popularity, the restaurant was renovated and transferred to a more Asian Style with more menu items including Korean dishes.
