Cooperage Restaurant is locally owned and operated in Albuquerque since 1976. The restaurant is renowned statewide for our in-house hand cut USDA certified Black Angus Beef. The Prime Rib, the specialty of the house, is aged to perfection, cut and cooked to order. The forty-plus item salad bar features fresh ingredients and home-made soups. A full service bar and wine list compliments the dining experience.

Maverick serves dinner nightly and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Our kitchen focuses on modern regional American food using as much organic produce and sustainable meats and fish as possible.
