Don Alberto started his restaurant business in his own back yard. Sunday afternoons, he would cook a variety of traditional Mexican food and would sell to family and friends. During the week, he would stock up a shopping cart with homemade tamales, gorditas, and chorizo and would head out to nearby neighborhoods where people waited for his food, his stories and contagious laughter.

Welcome to Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles restaurant, where fried chicken and waffles are our specialty. No one knows chicken like Roscoe's. But chicken and waffles are only part of our story.
