Mr. Ange Striano, straight off the boat from Italy, started making his very own style of pizza and opened Ange's Pizza in 1952.

His American dream is now a family Tradition, as he passed down his “secret recipe” through two generations. Many of our patrons grew up on Ange's Pizza in the 50's and are still loving it today.

Opening its doors in August 2000, Bob San has established a large following of young professionals favoring traditional Japanese fare in an upscale, and inviting environment. With attention to every dining detail that is second to none, patrons can expect a level of hospitality that reflects an exemplary Japanese tradition.
