The Solvang Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Solvang, is home to Arne’s Famous Aebleskiver, as well as serving traditional Danish and American Food. Traditionally Aebleskiver are served during the Christmas and Easter holidays in Denmark, but we celebrate year round. They are served with raspberry jam and a dusting of powdered sugar. Ordered as a meal with the Danish Sausage Medisterpolse, or as dessert, it is a treat that should not be missed.

The first Buckley's menu only had one entree-- no kidding! The famous 8 ounce filet was it. Grown very gingerly over the years, the menu has been carefully cultivated with the use of family recipes, Ken and Jeff's whims, and the desires of their "family" of guests. Leave the hot wings, cheese dip, and fried everything to others. Rather than today's food fad, Ken and Jeff prefer quality food you will crave time and time again.

Established in 2005. Mirage features authentic family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. We're a Chicago style sandwich joint serving burgers, Vienna hot dogs and polish, char broiled sandwiches, wings, salads, and more since 1975. We also offer old fashioned milkshakes (you know, the kind you have to make), and soft drinks. We're a very family friendly environment, with kid menus, pinball games (including an old baseball Pennant Fever game immensely popular among the under-6 and the over-40 set), and Pac-Man for those who are never satisfied with their highest score. We keep a couple of TV's tuned to news or sports, with Phoenix and Chicago teams getting the most airtime.
