Since 1853, El Dorado Brewing Company operated in California's Central Valley providing beer for the local residents of San Joaquin county. In 1994, Kellie Jacobs re-established the operations under the name of Valley Brewing Company Inc. and set out to build Valley Brewing Company into the premier brewery that operated in years past.

Over a decade later, Valley Brewing Company has won numerous awards for various beers such as Uberhoppy, West Coast IPA, Luna Blanca and London Tavern.

Specializing in contemporary Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, we feature a seasonal menu which utilizes only the highest quality ingredients.

The delicacy of our cuisine is in the details of the craft; curing lamb bacon, grinding aromatic spices and making ice creams and sorbets daily is what we take pride in.

Dario’s Brasserie opened December 31, 2006 in the heart of Omaha’s historic Dundee neighborhood. A Brasserie, pronounced (Brahs-uh-REE) is an informal French café that serves beer, wine and simple hearty food. Dario’s is a European style restaurant with banquette seating and gentle lighting that give an intimate and elegant feel. Our cozy and comfortable bar area is great for a drink or causal dining experience.

We’re proud to be a local, Tulsa based company, and are excited to use our restaurant to show off local artists on our walls and musicians on our stage. We’re also going to feature other local restaurants as we design pizzas each month based on their signature items.
