Dutch’s Hamburgers, a good ol’ neighborhood joint, opened in the spring of 2007. The burger-and-beer café sits in a historic building next to the longtime TCU Theater, in the former Jon’s Grille space, facing the main Texas Christian University campus.

The name Dutch’s was chosen to combine plenty of Fort Worth and TCU heritage for the new college café; The restaurant namesake is Leo “Dutch” Meyer, a TCU grad who became the most successful football coach in Horned Frog history.

The acclaimed Chef Laurent Tourondel brings his interpretation of the American burger joint, BLT Burger, to The Mirage. The restaurant's casual attitude and cool milkshakes are complemented by beef, American Kobe, lamb and turkey burgers served on soft, no-frills buns with all the burger trimmings the heart could desire, including the usual and the unusual suspects like cheese, bacon, avocado, and homemade chili. A circular open grill kitchen lets guests watch while their burgers are cooked to perfection.

Burgers, fries and shakes just like the good ole days. The onion burger is very popular.

Since it opened in 1971, Celebration Restaurant has been "the" place to come for healthy homestyle meals prepared fresh daily.

Celebration is open for lunch and dinner and the menu is filled with many favorites including Pot Roast, Fried Chicken, Meat Loaf, Fresh Broiled Salmon, and Chicken St. Caroline.

Included with your meal are fresh seasonal vegetables served family-style, homemade breads, and your choice of homemade soup, salad or fresh fruit. There is an extensive winelist and a full bar to complement your meal.
