Serafina opened its doors in 1991 as an intimate neighborhood restaurant located along Eastlake between the University and Downtown. Ben Thanh's soups, including the traditional Pho (pronounce Fuh), have won Creative Loafing''s "Best of Charlotte" award. Our menu features Vietnamese hot pots (mixtures of vegetables that may include meat, layered over flavored rice), stir-fried vegetable and meat dishes, noodle and rice dishes. We invite you to also enoy our traditional dark Vietnamese French coffee and avocado shakes, and grilled meats.
