Established in 1991, Cardigans first opened it’s doors in the London Square shopping center on Lewis Ave. in Tulsa. The cozy restaurant had just 43 seats and a line out the door. The restaurant on Lewis has continued to grow and is now in it’s third location just 2 blocks south of its humble beginnings.
