Paella is the typical Spanish dish (from Spain) that gets its name from the pan it is cooked in. The dish is traditionally made with a base of rice and saffron although there are other versions as you can see in our selections.

The Javan Restaurant was established in 1986. The Persian Cuisine it offers is an authentic and delicate blend of featured dishes that represent the diversity of the provinces of Iran, each with their distinct and unique culinary traditions, flavors and food styles.
