Chef and owner Silvano Marchetto is one of the first to introduce Americans to Tuscan cuisine and is responsible for bringing many of Italy’s finest products to the forefront of Italian cuisine in America.

Located on the border of the West Village and SoHo — right in the heart of Greenwich Village, Da Silvano has been a favorite among neighborhood locals as well as visitors to Manhattan since it first opened in 1975.
