Executive Chef/Owner Dylan Moore is consistently rated among the best and most talented chefs in Denver’s restaurant scene. Coming from a culinary family, he started early by helping his mom in the kitchen of her iconic Boulder restaurant Lucile’s. Largely self taught, Dylan moved to San Francisco and interned with Chef Jeremiah Tower.

As California Cuisine began to explode in popularity, Moore became part of the talented staff at Starz Restaurant and later head chef at Speedo 690 Bistro. Returning to his native Denver, Dylan would go on to open the hugely successful fine dining restaurant Deluxe.
