Because Ichiban’s food is prepared to order- please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your selection. Our staff is well-trained and knowledgeable is all aspects of Japanese cuisine and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. If you are not acquainted a dish and are not willing to take a chance, please stay with more familiar items. Once we have served you a dish, we most charge for it unless we have made a mistake.
