Inoteca features classic regional Italian wine bar cuisine with an extensive selection of Italian wines.

The wine list has over 600 selections by the bottle and 25 by the glass or half carafe; representing every wine making region in Italy with page after page of older vintages and varietals not commonly found outside of Italy.

The menu features selections of seasonal insalati, antipasti, affettati, pane, piatti, fritti and over forty different imported formaggi. Our Chefs go out of their way to use as many different local and organic farmers as possible including produce from Rick Bishop’s Farm, Waygu beef from Heritage Foods or whole suckling pig from Vermont Quality Meats.
