LA Palapa - Austin, TX

La Palapa Restaurant began in the city of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico in 1971, using long-held family recipes. We came to Austin in 1984, and evolved a lot from our humble origins. But be assured, we still use the tried and true family recipes.

Our menu has expanded to include all your Tex Mex favorites, some American fare, vegetarian items and low carb options. All dishes are prepared fresh daily in our kitchen.

We also offer a full-service cantina and invite you to try one of our famous 20 ounce Paloozza Top Shelf Margaritas.
