A Mediterranean bistro inspired by Italian, Turkish, Moroccan, Spanish and Greek kitchens. The atmosphere is a combination of my travels and experiences with the people, the cultures, and most importantly the cuisines.

Drawing from the Roman and Ottoman empires-from ages ago- we combine extra virgin olive oil, whole grains, artisan cheeses, and fine wines. The food, wine, art, and music from the streets have impacted lives throughout the world in the past, present and future to come.
