At Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, we are passionate about everything to do with food — from the growing and harvesting, to the preparation, serving, and eating. Our menus change daily because they start with what’s in season and arriving on our doorstep from local farmers, fishermen, ranchers, and artisans. From there, it’s about letting the ingredients speak for themselves when they hit the table.
