Housed in a bright pink adobe structure on Midtown’s Madison Avenue, Molly’s La Casita has served delicious Tex-Mex food for decades. A popular fixture in the eclectic neighborhood, this long-time Memphis favorite serves up a variety of enchiladas, burritos and fajitas, among other Mexican fare.
