Over the past 30 years Piero's Italian Cuisine in Las Vegas has enjoyed an unparalleled reputation for impeccable service, food and a celebrity hot-spot.

In 1982 Freddie Glusman opened Piero's Italian Cuisine on Karen Avenue. It quickly became a hangout for Las Vegas locals and celebrities like the Rat Pack, politicians, and some of those businessmen in the casino industry with Italian surnames, the "local color" guys.

Five years later, Piero's moved to its current location at 355 Convention Center Drive. The restaurant is walking distance from the Las Vegas Convention Center, The Strip, and a short hop from major hotels. The venue is licensed for 345 seats and has six separate dining rooms.
