Rulis International Kitchen - El Paso, TX

Rulis’ International Kitchen serves gourmet soups, sandwiches, tapas, pasta dishes, signature entrees, and paninos with a unique flair. We use the finest ingredients and prepare all of our meals with a special touch.

We are located directly across from UTEP’s Don Haskins Center in the Kern Place neighborhood of El Paso. We have plenty of parking, excellent service, and a relaxing ambiance, plus an extensive wine and beer list.
