Cooperage Restaurant is locally owned and operated in Albuquerque since 1976. The restaurant is renowned statewide for our in-house hand cut USDA certified Black Angus Beef. The Prime Rib, the specialty of the house, is aged to perfection, cut and cooked to order. The forty-plus item salad bar features fresh ingredients and home-made soups.
