The Snow Goose Restaurant and Sleeping Lady Brewing Company is located in downtown Anchorage, Alaska. It overlooks Cook Inlet, with the second highest tide in the world (38 feet) and the active industrial port of Anchorage. On clear days, North America's highest peak, Denali (Mt. For many years I've thought about building a place where I could display some of my mementos and traveling experiences, where I could play some music and invite my friends in the business to share their music with us. As I traveled the world, I worked in and visited many museums, theaters, restaurants and honkytonks, as well as performed at The White House, Empire State Building and Carnegie Hall... and slowly a picture developed in my mind... a picture that finally evolved into the Crystal Palace.
