Our food service is "Alaskan Style", which means the combination of the freshest products possible with our unique culinary heritage. In season you will find the herbs we use are all grown in our chefs garden right outside the restaurant. Fresh Alaskan Salmon is delivered to our dock by floatplane. Our prime beef is aged 21 days to insure maximum flavor.

Bricks opened in 1996 and has been offering a diverse and highly acclaimed menu ever since.

The menu offers seasonal, contemporary American dishes with a nod to tradition. Think Dungeness Crab Cakes or Serrano Farro Salad to start. A New Zealand Lamb Tenderloin Sandwich with a fresh mint pesto at lunch. Established in 2008, Restaurant Orsay is a combined effort between partners Jonathan Insetta, Brian Siebenschuh, and Crystal Vessels.
