Jimmy's Famous seafood was founded in 1974 by Demetrios "Jimmy" Minadakis, a greek immigrant from the island of Karpathos. Over the next 20 years, Jimmy would add the dining room and two catering halls for his beloved Patrons and Friends to enjoy their famous steaks, crabs, seafood and spirits.
