When Robert and Catrina purchased The Bagel Shop in 1999 it was called the New York Cafe. It was the friendly atmoshpere that pulled them in and the great tasting food that made them want to stay. Robert handles the day to day operations of the shop while Catrina handles the marketing. Robert's favorite sandwich is the Turkey, Avacado and Bacon on a yeast roll and Catrina's favorite is the Brooklyn Bomber on a Jalepeno Bagel.
