I opened Pizano’s in 1991. A Nashville tradition began in 1961 when my father, Robert Baldwin, opened The Pancake Pantry. The idea was o build a reputation and menu around a variety of uncommonly good pancakes. Equally important was his desire to develop a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere which would keep customers coming back time and again.
