Schnitzel Fritz is the only German Deli and Restaurant in the North East part of Colorado Springs. Locally owned by Mitch and Anke Verburg who came from Germany in late 2006. Chef Uddin's family is originally from Bangladesh and Bengal. This brings many Northeast Indian influences to his cooking, and includes many homestyle recipes.
