You have the choice of enjoying your meal American or Basque style. If you choose the American, your meal begins with our bread & butter. Then you have your choice of soup or salad. With your entrée you may choose rice pilaf, fries, pasta salad, or potato salad. If you choose the traditional Basque Style you will be served a seven-course meal featuring bread & butter, soup, green salad, potato salad, the side dish of the day, stew, & ice cream.
