Jack Hu, is originally from Taiwan, he is an accomplished Chef. He uses only pure vegetable oil to bring out and enhance the true flavor of Chinese and Fusion cooking. Jack personally prepares unique flavored sauces for every dish, and roasts his own cashews, peanuts, almonds and walnuts.
