Silvioni's Restaurant is a celebration of family devoted to Food. When Lou Silvioni opened his restaurant on Babcock Blvd, in 1948, he was continuing a food service tradition that began in 1891 when his grandfather, Angelo Fontana, immigrated from Luca, Tuscany.

Today, Lou Silvioni's grandson's, Chris Castagnari continues the tradition Angelo followed in his family-operated confectionary store-a Tuscan tradition that emphasizes the importance of quality food and service.
