Sotto Sopra - Baltimore, MD

Sotto Sopra is a Contemporary Italian restaurant set in the famous Charles Street corridor, and next to the Basilica, the first Catholic Cathedral in the United States.

Our menu is authored by a group of young Italian chefs, whom interchange with other chefs every eighteen months. This switch co-designed by owner Riccardo Bosio helps the flow of new and more inventive dishes which make Sotto Sopra one of the top 10 dining establishments in the Baltimore area year after year.

Nonetheless, some traditional dishes such as Ossobuco, Carpaccio di manzo, Vitello Tonnato, Costata di vitello are always visible in the menu to preserve that touch of ethnicity that is at the footing of our menu. (fom http://www.sottosoprainc.com)
