Considered "quick food" with an energetic punch. Tea House Noodles offers New Asian cuisine that contains no lard, is low in fat and sodium and (GASP!) is not fried. Can you imagine such a lunch?

There seems to be stigma attached to the new-age food genre, where the conservative ilk fear they will order raw chewy grassroots and obscure tasting tea.
