The Lobby - Denver, CO

At The Lobby we believe FRESH food, is the BEST food! Our menu, created by Chef Nate Gravina, is prepared for each order using locally sourced ingredients and purveyors where available. Our meats are delivered fresh by Tonali's Meats, a family company located in Arvada, Colorado. Our breads are delivered daily from Aspen Baking, a company headquartered in Denver, that prides itself on a product consisting of no preservatives and all-natural ingredients. When possible, we source our vegetables from local markets the very day they are served to your table. We use only quality ingredients, you will not find our shelves lined with canned food. The Lobby prides itself on making your dining experience a delight, if you are in a hurry please let us know, as FRESH food takes a little longer to prepare.

Located in what we believe was once the lobby of the historic Paris Hotel, The Lobby, an “Inspired American Grille,” has kept some of the original Victorian feel while infusing modern comfort with stately character. Original exposed brick work and hardwood floors blend beautifully with modern amenities. The Lobby’s large patio sits in a European-style garden courtyard that was built out in the 1980s.

The Paris Hotel building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is conveniently located in the heart of Denver’s famous Ballpark Neighborhood, only blocks away from Coors Field, LoDo, and Downtown Denver. (from http://thelobbydenver.com)
