The Wild Thaiger Restaurant is family owned and operated. Head chef and owner Olashawn Hasadinratana-Weaver has combined her family rich culinary tradition with corporate hospitality and food service experience to create the Wild Thaiger Restaurant. Years of training has made food her passion. She aspires to provide a rich dinning experience for Thai food fanatics as well as those new to Southeast Asian flavors.
