-A midday oyster bar is open from 3:00pm to 10:00pm daily
-brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm.

French bistro food is my favorite - steak frites, a two-inch high quiche with bacon and onions, a salad with an egg on top finished with a perfect vinaigrette, a croque madame, some oysters and a glass of champagne. These are foods that represent the most important kind of cooking there is because they're rooted in tradition. So when I thought of opening a restaurant that's more casual than The French Laundry, I decided to explore and deepen the culinary heritage that I admire so much. A Bouchon can be, and should be, whatever you need it to be.

In 1991. Scott Panian and Roland Keh teamed up to buy a part of the Roma Restaurant on High Street in Baltimore’s Little Italy. On January 2, 1991, Amicci’s was born. The mission, to bring terrific, home made, Italian comfort food, served in a relaxed, casual atmosphere to Little Italy.

Amicci’s was now a real Italian restaurant. They wanted their customers to get the best Italian food in Baltimore, but without having to dress up. They didn’t want Amicci’s to be a “special occasion” place, but a place that you can go to more frequently, and not empty your pockets.

Today, Amicci’s isn’t the same little 25 seat restaurant that opened in 1991. It is now 300 seats large and has a great bar. Amicci’s is still recognized by many publications as Baltimore’s Best Italian Restaurant. Amicci’s is still a family owned and operated independent restaurant.
