BEAST offers a six-course prix-fixe dinner four nights a week and a four-course prix-fixe brunch every Sunday. We change our offerings every Wednesday and the menu remains the same through Saturday. You can view the Dinner Menu for the week starting Wednesday afternoons.

Our Brunch Menu changes weekly and is determined by what we see at the market on Saturday. Please feel free to call the restaurant directly with specific questions.

• north end cioppino spicy stew of mixed grilled fish and shellfish, saffron rice (available with Maine lobster)
• grilled ‘whole’ bronzini alla cinque terre basil pesto, fingerlings, tomato-olive broth, fennel salad
• columbia river sturgeon crispy duck confit, sauteed bok choy, kimchi salad, fresh ginger, lobster butter
• seared georges bank scallops braised pork shank, Siena Farms root vegetables, baby Brussels sprouts, chanterelle mushrooms*

The building at 6476 Washington Street was originally intended to be a very different type of restaurant. While we were designing it we thought we'd experiment by opening a temporary restaurant and calling it Ad Hoc, which literally means, "for this purpose."

The idea for Ad Hoc was simple - 5 days a week we'd offer a 4 course family style menu that changed each day, accompanied by a small, accessible wine list in a casual setting reminiscent of home. We wanted a place to dine for our community and ourselves.

Opened in 2000, The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, located in Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards District, has quickly become the city’s premiere dining establishment.

Chef/Owner Tim Love has designed a menu influenced by all of the ingredients and cultures that have been a part of the West since the first adventure began on the Goodnight-Loving and Chisholm Trails—with an added level of modern sophistication.
