Spiral Diner & Bakery is a 100% vegan and mostly organic restaurant in the middle of “Cowtown” (Ft. Worth).

Our goal is to serve delicious vegan meals that appeal to both herbivores and carnivores.

Spiral Diner’s prices are set as low as they can possibly go. Our goal is not to make tons of profit; it is to provide the community with tasty vegan food at a reasonable cost. Our goal is also to pay everyone working at Spiral a decent wage. We will never charge more than we absolutely have to in order to pay the bills.

Our food service is "Alaskan Style", which means the combination of the freshest products possible with our unique culinary heritage. In season you will find the herbs we use are all grown in our chefs garden right outside the restaurant. Fresh Alaskan Salmon is delivered to our dock by floatplane. Our prime beef is aged 21 days to insure maximum flavor.

Bricks opened in 1996 and has been offering a diverse and highly acclaimed menu ever since.

The menu offers seasonal, contemporary American dishes with a nod to tradition. Think Dungeness Crab Cakes or Serrano Farro Salad to start. A New Zealand Lamb Tenderloin Sandwich with a fresh mint pesto at lunch. Or, for dinner Alaskan King Crab Legs, Wild Game, Fettucine tossed with Maine Lobster, Diver Scallops and Prawns, or a perfectly grilled USDA Prime Rib-Eye Steak.

Established in 2008, Restaurant Orsay is a combined effort between partners Jonathan Insetta, Brian Siebenschuh, and Crystal Vessels.

As a French bistro incarnated in the American south, our menus feature some extremely traditional Paris bistro classics, alongside dishes that apply French technique but bring in some southern American influences.
